A Free community wellness event ( that you can just pop into) to help you move better, feel better, and stay active at any age! The AGE GRACEFULLY event will include demo stretches, raffles, special guests, and one day only deals. The combination of assisted stretching & strength training is changing lives, helping people age gracefully, and continue doing the things they love!
