PNF Assisted Stretching

Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation or “PNF” stretch is a technique that relies on the body’s own reflexes to produce deeper stretches with its contract-relax method. PNF stretch can be done alone but is most effective when done as an assisted stretch. This method has been known to enhance mobility and flexibility more rapidly than customary static stretching.

We work with everyone from beginners to athletes and develop a tailored regimen for your goals.

When you’re a beginner, we get clients acclimated to equipment and work on mobility through movement. We help clients with proper form and tailor their training to their specific needs for success.

Our studio is a private atmosphere so you can have personal attention and feel confident.

Our plans for success:

Get the results you want with 3 month, 6 month or 12 month commitments. Accountability is important. You’ll see success when you commit to being consistent. These plans include:

  • TEN 50-minute sessions per month

  • Nutrition guidance
